Time to improve your ability to hold restorative Hatha Yoga poses for longer, increase your flexibility, strength, stamina and confidence. What an amazing opportunity for you to develop your wellness journey with confident poses and transitions.
Please arrive by 5:15pm for 5:30pm start, we finish at 6:45pm with a cup of honey soaked chai tea. These sessions are very casual, fun, and relaxed to eliminate any nervousness or anxiety you may have to learn yoga poses properly from the start.
